REFUND POLICY

Awakeart offers returns on all full price merchandise within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can can contact me via e-mail at: awakeart.a@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, all theshipping information and instructions will be given to you.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you item is returned for any other reason than the one specified, it will not be accepted for return.

In the event your package is stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a police report online with your local station, per Route's policy in order to replace your items. 

All returns are shipped back to the Awakeart studio . Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. Delivery dates may vary depending where you are shipping from. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Awakeart does not accept international returns. All fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer, if an exception is made for return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Awakeart has the right to refuse returns. If you are outside our 30 day return period, you have altered the artwork 

Unfortunately, returns on sale items, personalized portraits or custom orders cannot be accepted.

 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Awakeart does not offer exchanges on International orders.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
