SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

Standard Shipping: Orders should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). It is asked that customers allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard Shipping: Orders should be received within 10-12 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). It is asked that customers allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Please allow this orders to take the pre-stablished time of creation. Custom orders follow a longer creation process, that will be shared with the customer. Once shipped, this orders take the same time as standard shippings.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most artworks leave the studio within 3-5 business days after an order has been placed. Some more complex artworks on board can take an extra day to completely dry/set/cure. Please allow up to 7 business days for the artwork to be shipped. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES:

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Awakeart is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for domestic orders and 25 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time to be delivered, it is not possible to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. Awakeart is not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
